Board of Directors

Shirley Gilinsky - President
Shirley and her husband Andy reside in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ as caregivers to her 85 year old mother who resides with them. They share a blended family of five older children. Shirley, principal founder of “Fantasies Unlimited Bridal Boutique” entered the business world as an entrepreneur in 1986, establishing the first bridal dress rental shop in NJ. After 10 years Shirley sold her business and entered the corporate world. She earned a Masters Degree in Organizational Management while developing programs and teaching Business Process Improvement to Bristol-Myers Squibb Company teams.

Shirley’s involvement within her communities include volunteering for Contact of NJ, a 24-hour crisis hotline phone center; creating a child day care program to provide supervision for school-age children when school and work schedules conflict; supporting meals-on-wheels and the soup kitchen of Trenton; volunteering at the Open Door in Toms River, a center dedicated to helping young pregnant girls; helping open Dress for Success in Mercer County, NJ providing women with counseling and wardrobe prior to interviewing for job opportunities.

Judith A. Cerrato, Secretary
Judy and her husband Bill reside in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ parents to two older children. Judy entered Macy's Corporation, previously known as Bamberger’s, in 1964 advancing from Expediter to Retail Buyer.

Judy has been actively and extensively involved in volunteer work within her communities and local churches for 30 years. She has served in leadership positions as President, Vice President, Treasurer and Director, as well as teacher and coordinator of religious education for over 15 years. Judy manages her own travel consulting business and continues volunteer work with children in the Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) program in Florida.

David J. Suckey, Treasurer
David and his wife Toni reside in Howell, NJ with their two young children. David entered the financial service industry in 1998, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, quickly rising to Partner and Senior Vice President of C & A Financial Group. David is a Member of National Advisors of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

David has taught and speaks regularly on building and protecting wealth, recently co-creating “The Institute of Responsible Wealth”. David teaches clients how to build, create and protect a life of “Responsible Wealth”. David also serves on the NJ State Board for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, since 2005.
